Pemerintah sepakat mengutamakan integritas dalam mencari Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) baru. Aparatur negara seyogyanya memiliki power culture sebagai bentuk dedikasinya menjadi abdi negara. Persoalan integritas ini akan diketatkan pada rekrutmen CPNS tahun 2013.
Asisten Deputi Kesejahteraan SDM Aparatur KemenPAN, Salman mengatakan, perlu adanya perbaikan pada sistem seleksi untuk mendapatkan SDM Aparatur yang berkualitas.
“Perekrutan ditujukan untuk memilih sarjana terbaik dari universitas terbaik,” katanya seperti dikutip, Selasa (21/5/2013).
Rencana pengangkatan CPNS tahun 2013 ini selain memiliki power culture, juga harus memenuhi syarat passing grade. Yaitu nilai minimal kelulusan yang akan diberlakukan lagi.
“Sejak merdeka kita tidak pernah memakai sistem passing grade lagi. Sekarang kalau butuh 20 pegawai tapi yang lulus hanya lima, maka hanya lima saja yang diambil,” jelas WamenPAN Eko Prasojo.
Selain menguji kepribadian, wawasan kebangsaan, dan kompetensi dasar, juga CPNS harus lulus pada kompetensi bidang. Butuh kreatifitas aparatur untuk sebuah perubahan yang lebih baik terhadap negara ini.
“Satu persen orang terhebat di Indonesia harus masuk birokrasi,” ungkapnya. Dimulai dari perbaikan daya tarik dari pekerjaan abdi negara ini, hingga menciptakan suasana yang kondusif untuk perubahan birokrasi.
Pemerintah kembali mulai menjaring CPNS baru sebanyak 60.000 orang tahun ini. Jumlah itu sudah termasuk program pengangkatan pegawai honorer yang masih tersisa.
“Untuk penerimaan dari kategori umum 60.000-an,” kata Eko.
Untuk penerimaan pegawai dari pelamar umum dibagi untuk pemerintah pusat dan daerah. Dari sini, lanjut Eko, pemerintah bisa benar-benar mencari pegawai yang sesuai kebutuhan. (dru/dnl) – detik.com | foto:istimewa
